Successful implementation of RDF-incineration or biomass-incineration projects depends a lot on finding a site where heat/steam consuming facilities are nearby and where obtaining a permit is likely. In the medium term electric power generation is neither economically nor ecologically justifiable. The possible location were identified using a dragnet system in 3 stages. Stage 1 yielded five suitable sites form over 50 investigated possibilities.
